Magic Set Editor (MSE) is an open-source tool. While the software itself is licensed under the GPL, the copyright for card art, symbols, and game mechanics belongs to their respective creators and publishers. This website does not host or distribute copyrighted high-resolution card scans or official game assets. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their creations comply with Fair Use and intellectual property laws.

The maintainers of this hub shall not be held liable for any data loss, system errors, or damages resulting from the installation or use of Magic Set Editor or community-contributed templates.
